IEEE 1588-2019 Version 2.1 officially published

We are excited to inform you that the new standard “1588-2019 - IEEE Standard for a Precision Clock Synchronization Protocol for Networked Measurement and Control Systems” has been officially published on June 16th. The IEEE 1588-2019 standard is also referred to as PTP v2.1. The IEEE1588-2019 standard now covers approx. 500 pages while its predecessor offered just 250 pages.…
